The City: a Different Type of London Zoo

If you happen to be in the City in the mid day, you are bound to encounter a rather strange event:

The revolving doors of the glass buildings start turning. People in blue suits are coming out of them. If they are alone, they are focusing on their Blackberries; if they are with others, they smile – with their lips, not their eyes.

The City people seem lonely, especially when they are in numbers. They are protected from the sun by a pound shaped umbrella. They are loathed by the Shoreditch hipsters, envied by the “Apprentice” wannabees, and copied from the real estate agents (another London tribe that is equally controversial).

However, they are still an integral part of London, and they are still worth observing. Consider it another cage of the London Human Zoo 🙂

Love,

G
